Michael Hebert, P.E.
Chief Executive Officer. Michael serves as the CEO and is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the firm. Michael has always understood there are no shortcuts to providing exceptional customer service to our clients and no substitute for hard work accompanied by proactive planning. His signature style is his "blue collar" work ethic and his willingness to do whatever it takes to exceed expectations and get the job done. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering where he specialized in structural design.
Juan Valenzuela, P.E
Chief Operating Officer. Juan serves as the Chairman of the Board and is responsible for the overall direction of the business. He has a keen interest in motivating, mentoring, guiding, and developing future talent with a proactive lead-by-example approach to engineering and customer service. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University in 2001, and a Master of Science Degree specializing in Structural Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2003.

Joshua Davis, P.E.
Senior Vice President. Josh has a multifaceted role encompassing marketing, project management, and structural engineering to provide service that exceeds client expectations from the proposal phase to ribbon cutting. He approaches his role with a servant-leader mindset, firmly believing that the path to success is through fostering the success of those around him. He graduated from North Carolina State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering where he specialized in structural design.

Senior Vice President. Mark is the founder of FBT and serves as the Senior Vice President. Mark's duties include providing the overall direction, setting the long-range objectives and mission of the firm. He always embodied the need to provide excellent customer service, quality and responsiveness. His management style is based on people first. He considers it an honor to work with the FBT family and values each person individually. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering where he specialized in structural design.

Jessica Silva Rivera
Director of Operations. Jessica has been directing the operations for FBT since 2009, managing the day-to-day operations including human resources, policy implementation, management procedures, event management, payroll, marketing and accounting. She oversees every department of the firm, implements programs to ensure the attainment of business for growth, provides structure and direction for the staff, and works with leadership on project management and reporting, including analysis and communication of financial and operational data for decision making and strategic planning. She loves working with all our clients and feels blessed to work with the FBT family.
